Don't Let Your Training Be An Obstacle

Like marathons and triathlons, obstacle-course racing requires specific training. But the skill set is wildly different. To finish an OCR, you’ll need endurance, upper-body strength, good balance, and, perhaps most importantly, mental fortitude.  That's why we have set up 6 different training plans to help you get ready whether it's your first OCR or your 50th!
